Made to Order

We don't like clutter, who does? In an effort to be sustainable, we only want to make products we know have a home. Turn-around time varies by product and is specified in the description. If you need it sooner, please reach out to us via email and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping

We do keep a small inventory of products on hand. If you picked one of those, your product will be in the mail within 5 days. Otherwise, all product is made-to-order and takes up to 2 weeks (Paintings, Homewares) to ship. All Homewares and Paintings are shipped via USPS. All furniture is shipped via USPS or Courier on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

If you have a change of heart once you receive your product, please contact kelly@dovetailsanddarts.com within 7 days. For Homewares and Artwork, we offer returns within 30 days. For Furniture that’s made to order, it’s a case-by-case basis. All returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge and all items must be returned within 30 days from order date.
 
Please ensure that the item(s) are sent back through a traceable and/or insurable method as we are not responsible for any returned packages not received. 

Warranty Policy

Our products are made using sustainably sourced hardwoods which are known for strength and longevity. Please treat your pieces with care. Wood is like a low maintenance plant that needs some fresh oil or wax every now and then. Go to our care page for more details on how to keep your wood looking fresh, just like you.

Danish Cord is meant to last for up to 50 years. Just in case, we've got you covered for any rips or stains up to two years from purchase. For older product, we are happy to repair rips or stains for an added cost.

Paintings are made of acrylic paint which, if protected by a frame, should last for many many years.
